Garage Clothing Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive sales both on the floor and online.

You will ensure excellent customer service, oversee inventory and merchandising, and help optimize the in-store and digital shopping experience. The role requires a dynamic presence, the ability to manage a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and a proven track record in retail leadership within fashion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; business education is a plus.
• 2 years of management experience in fashion clothing.
• Strong customer service and passion for fashion.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and lead a high-performing team.
• Promote a positive shopping experience and drive sales on floor and via digital channels.
• Contribute to inventory management, shipment processing, and eComm fulfillment.
• Maintain brand standards and visual merchandising across the store.
