GARAGE is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations and to lead a high performing team. You will drive sales, promote a positive shopping experience, and ensure brand standards on the sales floor and online platforms.

You will also contribute to inventory management, shipments, and eComm order fulfillment while helping maintain visual merchandising. A dynamic, fashion-focused environment awaits with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail.
• Passion for fashion with strong customer service instincts.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Adaptability and proactive idea generation in a changing business environment.
• Ability to foster collaboration and share best practices.

Responsibilities
