Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership in our Santa Ana store. You will drive sales through analysis, strong customer service, and efficient store processes while overseeing opening/closing routines.

You’ll lead recruiting, training, engagement, and development, with a promote-from-within philosophy to grow into future leadership roles within the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of fashion trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching abilities.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn; initiative and proactive thinking.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
