You’ll drive sales by analyzing the business, delivering best-in-class customer service, and supervising daily store operations, including opening and closing routines and store processes. You’ll lead talent for recruiting, training, engagement, and development, with a promote-from-within mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and ability to drive results.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
