Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, and people leadership in a store environment. You will drive sales through customer service excellence, oversee openings/closes, and mentor staff while maintaining visual displays and brand standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, payroll, and omni-channel order fulfillment in a fast-paced retail setting, with internal growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintains a strong customer focus and fashion knowledge.
• Ability to coach and develop staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom, ensuring excellent service and operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
