Job summary

Groupe Dynamite, operating Garage/Dynamite stores, seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations and team leadership. You’ll ensure exceptional customer service, optimize inventory, and drive sales while maintaining brand presentation.

The role requires a passion for fashion, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. You will play a key part in delivering a high-energy customer experience and a thriving team

Qualifications

• High school diploma; business coursework is a plus.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail.
• Passion for fashion and outstanding customer service.
• Strong organization, problem solving and decision making.
• Flexible, innovative, with urgency to adapt to change.
• Encourage participation, creativity and teamwork.
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
• Social media, mobile skills and MS Office / Open-Office proficiency.
• Availability for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and leadership.
• Promote a positive shopping experience for every customer.
• Lead and inspire a high performing team on floor and online.
• Contribute to inventory management and replenishment.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction while upholding brand standards.
• Manage inventory shipments and eComm order fulfillment.
