Job summary

Groupe Dynamite is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations under the Store Manager. You will lead a team, drive sales, and ensure a positive shopping experience while maintaining brand standards on the floor and across digital channels.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of management experience in fashion, a passion for fashion, and strong organizational skills. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion clothing.
• Passion for fashion with an outgoing personality and strong customer service.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly and contribute ideas in a changing environment.
• Promote collaboration and build partnerships within the team.
• Proficiency with social media, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office/Open‑Office.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations and leadership.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to drive sales and traffic.
• Ensure positive customer experience and brand presentation standards.
• Manage inventory, shipments, replenishment, and eComm order fulfillment.
• Contribute to optimizing merchandising and store execution.
