Garage, part of Groupe Dynamite, is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales on the floor and through digital channels, and promote a positive shopping experience for every customer.

You will help optimize inventory, manage shipments, replenish the sales floor, and ensure brand presentation standards. Candidates should have 2 years of management experience in fashion, a passion for fashion,

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion and an outgoing personality with exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and urgency in adapting to changing business needs.
