Michael Kors in the United States is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will lead a team to deliver an elevated client experience, drive sales performance, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will open/close the store, coach staff on styling and customer engagement, build a client book, and collaborate across channels to maximize Omni‑channel opportunities while fostering a fun, rewarding workplace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English required.
• Authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship not available.
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
• Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks.
• Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment
• Foster customer relationships through developing and coaching team on knowledge of current trends, styling, and selling techniques.
