Michael Kors is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail setting in the United States. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional client experiences, coach staff on styling and current trends, and drive omnichannel sales while managing daily operations and opening/closing duties.

The role requires 3+ years of retail management, fluent English, and flexible scheduling including peak holiday periods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience.
• Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks.
