Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States. You will lead a team to deliver an elevated client experience, oversee opening/closing duties, and drive omnichannel sales in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will coach the team on trend knowledge, styling, and selling techniques, build lasting client relationships, and ensure top service standards while managing daily operations and staffing decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
• English reading, speaking and writing proficiency required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic days.
• Authorized to work in the United States; we are unable to sponsor visas at this time.

Responsibilities

• Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
• Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks
