The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication, enjoys a friendly demeanor, and can coordinate with sales reps and production to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or administrative training preferred.
• Experience as Administrative Assistant or in fashion production.
• Spanish speaking is a big plus.
• Familiarity with Gmail and Excel; Printavo experience is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and route to the appropriate person.
• Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar.
• Organize meetings and take accurate minutes.
• Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them to client and production team.
• Attention to details is a must.
• Maintain an organized filing system.
• Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures.
