Job summary

Reason Brand Inc is seeking a Production Assistant to support our production and development processes in New York. You will collaborate with the design team and factories to assist with sample development, communicate revisions, manage materials, and help execute key production activities.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in fashion production or development, with bonus points for mens streetwear market experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion production or development.
• Experience in the mens streetwear market is a major plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with fashion ERP systems is a major plus.
• Experience using Brandboom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sending tech packs and sample requests to factories.
• Help facilitate sourcing and costing with vendors.
• Maintain and update weekly WIP reports to track development.
• Input and manage styles in ERP system.
• Collaborate with design team to relay sample comments to factories.
• Coordinate ordering of salesperson samples.
• Support negotiations and communications with factories.
• Help issue purchase orders, order trims, and manage production materials.
• Track production progress and update the T&A calendar.

Must Have Experience Working in a Fashion Production Department

As a Production Assistant, you will collaborate with our design team and factories to assist with sample development, communicate revisions, manage materials, and help execute key production activities.

Salary Range: 55000 to 65000
