DNAM Brands is seeking a Paid Social Marketing Associate to drive paid social initiatives across Meta Ads and TikTok Shop for a portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands. You will support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing optimizations, collaborating with E-commerce, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure brand-consistent growth.

The candidate should bring 2–3 years of paid social experience, strong analytics, and familiarity with Shopify and AI-powered marketing tools.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience managing paid social campaigns for fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Experience translating data into actionable optimization recommendations.
• Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce marketing is preferred.
• Proficient in AI-powered marketing and analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Shop.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, pacing, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and CPC daily.
• Collaborate with Creative, E-commerce and Brand Marketing teams for high-performing ads.
• Develop creatives including static, video, carousel and UGC content.
• Run ongoing testing to improve acquisition efficiency and conversion rates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
