Thrive Market is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Social Acquisition to own and scale paid social with Meta and TikTok as core channels. You will drive cross‑platform strategy, optimize budgets for incremental returns, and lead signal and measurement foundations for platform optimization.

Ideal candidates bring deep hands-on expertise in paid social, strong analytical and leadership skills, and experience in e-commerce or subscription businesses.

Competenze

• 7+ years in performance or growth marketing with deep paid social expertise.
• Hands-on Meta campaigns management at scale (Advantage+, bidding, testing).
• Hands-on TikTok management (Smart+, Spark Ads, Events API) and platform optimization.
• Experience with Pinterest; multi-million-dollar budgets; analytics and attribution.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Mansioni

• Own paid social acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Allocate multi-million-dollar budgets based on incremental returns; forecast and plan.
• Lead signal engineering: Conversions API and server-side tracking, deduplication.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Engineering to improve data quality across platforms.
• Design incrementality tests and guide investment decisions.
• Build a structured creative testing program across formats and partners.
