Fashion Operations Logistics Coordinator

• Preferred: you speak and write Mandarin fluently
• Preferred: you have interest or experience in fashion. The company is a specialty brand in exquisite shoes – lean, mean, and dynamic

Job Duties:

• Run sales reports from Shopify and other platforms
• Perform inventory forecast to determine demand by looking at historical data trends, future demand outlook and fashion trend forecast – heavy excel use and data analysis from different sources
• Cross-reference two inventory databases to spot misaligned trends and investigate the root cause
• Place order with suppliers based on priority to ensure optimal inventory level
• Analyze product performance at the sku-level to determine if a product needs to be discontinued
• Coordinate and track a tight production order schedule with the factory and shipping company
• Create new product data with skus and barcodes
• Manage inventory and shipping for company events and projects
• Support other departments by providing data insights
• Analyze return rates and ways to improve it
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Data analysis skills
• At least bachelor’s degree is required
• Strong academic background
• Fluent mandarin writing and speaking is preferred

Remote hourly contract.

Pay: $50,000 - $72,000 annually

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
