What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of cradle-to-grave freight brokering experience
• Proven track record of managing your shipments from pickup to destination
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting customer/carrier relationships
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently from home
• Familiarity with TMS software and freight market trends
• Existing book of business is a plus/relationships in the logistics industry required
