Chanel in Short Hills seeks a Manager, Fashion Expertise to translate the House's creative vision to Boutique Teams, delivering enchanting storytelling, world-class service and an elevated client experience.

Based primarily in the Short Hills boutique, this role trains and coaches Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors, partners with leadership, and drives learning, client relationships, and business results across the market, with travel to nearby boutiques as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in luxury fashion or retail.
• Proven experience in luxury brand training or coaching.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.
• Ability to travel across boutiques within the market.

Responsabilités

• Deliver in-boutique training on collections, savoir-faire, product knowledge and service behaviors.
• Coach Style Advisors to provide personalized styling and client relationships.
• Lead styling development workshops and monitor training effectiveness.
• Partner with Boutique Leadership to align on KPIs and onboarding.
• Support onboarding and preserve CHANEL's heritage and singularity.
