Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring.
• Promote a culture of belonging and guide associates to meet staffing needs and growth goals.
• Lead store operations by communicating expectations, providing feedback, and driving process improvements.
• Monitor P&L, budgeting, and inventory to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Protect customer service standards and resolve issues through action plans.
