Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete job trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and actively listening to associates; touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements and assisting in budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, hiring, training, mentoring and setting clear expectations.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and the Open Door Policy and promotes a culture of belonging.
