• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring; assigning duties; recognizing performance and communicating expectations.
• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening, and coordinating with store operations, merchandising, and company direction.
• Delivers exceptional customer service by upholding Walmart standards and resolving customer needs, complaints, and issues.
