Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a driven Buying Assistant to support the buying team with data analysis, reporting, order tracking, and ERP data management to inform inventory decisions.

Reporting to the VP of Buying, you will organize large data sets in Excel, pull sell-through and inventory reports, manage purchase orders, and collaborate with logistics to track deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timely buys.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in fast-paced fashion wholesale buying or merchandising.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP).
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong written/verbal communication.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and assess data for analysis.
• Pull reports: sell-through, inventory, open PO, sales history.
• Research, organize, and tag product information.
• Issue and manage purchase orders and confirmations.
• Maintain PO details in ERP: cost, style codes, shipping windows, images, descriptions.
• Coordinate with logistics to track deliveries.
