Atwater is seeking a Marketeer to load and drive vans to markets across Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia. You will handle delivery, set up the market stand, and provide friendly customer service while presenting products attractively.

Ideal candidates lift up to 50 pounds, work in varying weather, and serve customers with product knowledge. This part-time role offers weekend shifts with potential full-time progression.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive a 20 ft Box Truck and have a clean driving record from MVA.
• Able to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather.
• Knowledge of Atwater's ingredients and products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load food items and supplies for farmer's markets.
• Drive company vehicle to market locations.
• Unload and set up market stall.
• Ensure items are labeled, displayed and presented correctly.
• Sell products and provide accurate change at checkout.
• Answer customer questions and recommend products.
• Maintain health standards and clean presentation of the stall.
• Keep stall and vehicle clean and organized.
