Paoletta Insurance Agency is seeking a highly motivated bilingual sales professional to generate new clients and close opportunities in California. Leads are provided and hands-on training is offered to learn Farmers products, processes, and systems.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, driven Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for agoal-oriented, competitive, and persuasive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing new business. You will focus on generating new clients, educating prospects, and converting qualified leads into long-term customers.

Leads are provided so you can focus more time on selling and less time searching for prospects. You’ll receive hands-on training to learn Farmers products, sales process, and systems. We also offer performance-based bonus opportunities that reward production, consistency, and strong client engagement.

• Expected first-year earnings of $60,000 - $80,000
• Top performers can earn $80,000 - $100,000+ in the first year
