Job summary

Farmers Insurance District 95 is offering a Protege Path Program, a paid apprenticeship to develop future Agents. You will learn sales, client management, operations, marketing and business development under mentorship, aiming to own your own agency.

Total compensation ranges from $50,000 to $75,000 per year, with a structured path to ownership through performance-based earnings, PTO and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive and ambition.
• Coachable, resourceful and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Must obtain required insurance licenses.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Partner with mentor Agent to develop the skills required to become a self-sufficient Agent.
• Prepare accurate insurance quotes using customer data and policy rates.
• Evaluate client needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions.
• Prospect and follow up with clients via phone, text, and email.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Build long-term business relationships.

As a Protege Agent, you will work directly under an exemplary Agent receiving elite mentorship. This is a rare opportunity to gain firsthand experience inside a high-performing agency while building the skills necessary to launch your own.

You’ll learn sales, client management, operations, marketing, and business development — all while earning income and developing your long-term ownership plan.
