Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, industrial, or related)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel; CRM exposure is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support sales performance analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking
• Analyze pipeline activity, customer opportunities, and sales trends
• Assist with estimating, takeoffs, and proposal development
• Prepare and deliver customer-facing presentations and solution recommendations
• Participate in customer meetings alongside salespeople and engineers
• Learn how solutions are specified, sold, and delivered in water and wastewater markets
• Engage with engineers, contractors, consultants, and municipal decision-makers
• Attend industry trade shows, customer events, and regional meetings across the U.S.
