Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership is required.
• Strong knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Read, write, and count accurately regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Uphold safety and productive work environment by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members.
• Assist Store Manager with planning, tasks, and ACT missions.
• Support loyalty programs, training, and product knowledge.
• Lead opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Resolve customer complaints to ensure positive experiences.
