Job summary

National General Holdings Corp. is seeking a Property Field Adjuster to investigate and manage moderate to complex residential claims, including farm and ranch claims, through on-site inspections and virtual handling.

The role requires strong estimating skills and proficiency with Xactimate to deliver exceptional customer service within a designated territory. The position supports a mobile claims team across service areas including KS, CO, NE, MN, WY and others.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Xactimate and strong estimating skills.
• Experience handling agricultural, farm, and ranch claims is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage challenging claims while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals to create damages estimates for complex homeowner losses.
• Builds relationships with internal and external customers.
• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
• Negotiates settlements and documents all activities in complex files.
• Applies policy content and assists leadership in training.
