Qualifications

• Investigate and manage moderate to complex residential property and farm/ranch claims.
• Provide comprehensive estimates of damages using Xactimate.
• Maintain customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for complex homeowner claims.
• Estimate damages and negotiate settlements within authority.
• Support designated territory and mentor junior staff when needed.
