Job summary

Peckham Inc. in Lansing, MI, is seeking a Production Coordinator for Peckham Farms. Reports to the Manager of Horticulture and Facilities and coordinates scheduling, production, shipping and billing for wholesale, plus Farmstand activities for retail.

Responsibilities include ensuring Food Safety compliance, coordinating harvest and deliveries, and supervising Farmstand staff while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Certification in related field.
• One year of experience running an agricultural or horticultural operation.
• Ability to learn e-commerce business systems.
• Leadership experience passed background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, production, shipping and billing for wholesale operations.
• Coordinate Farmstand activities; provide excellent customer service.
• Oversee harvest, delivery, processing and shipping with farm staff.
• Manage Farmstand and delivery staff and team members.
• Maintain production, sales and order tracking records.
• Support annual crop planning with Horticulture Manager.
