Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Able to read numbers on a digital scale.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Physically capable of varied tasks in indoor/outdoor settings.
• Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and GMP/GAP practices.
• Perform crop production tasks including planting, cultivation, harvest, and post‑harvest handling.
• Monitor quality and report defects or contamination promptly.
• Operate and maintain farm equipment with required certifications.
• Support farmstand operations and customer service functions.
• Assist irrigation, fertigation, and amendments to support crop health.
