Job summary

Qualifications

• On-site maintenance for a farm or small set of farms.
• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry and welding knowledge.
• Ability to read and follow safety and biosecurity policies.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ISF bio-security policy and report violations to management.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on swine facilities and equipment.
• Maintain on-site parts inventory and track repairs in the work ticket system.
• Prioritize maintenance items with emphasis on animal welfare and safety.
• Operate heavy machinery when required and assist with seasonal tasks.
