Rural King is seeking a Sales Consultant to provide knowledgeable guidance across agricultural, power equipment, farm, lawn and garden, tools, and home essentials. You will support sales, financing, special orders, and store operations while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (agricultural education a plus) and prior sales or retail experience. Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors in various conditions and collaboratively

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous sales, customer service, retail, agricultural, or related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; agriculture-related education or certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Understand customer needs, applications, preferences, and budget to recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Provide product information, explain features and benefits, and conduct demonstrations when needed.
• Build customer relationships through exceptional service, follow-up, and issue resolution.
• Use upselling and cross-selling techniques to support sales goals and promote store offers and loyalty programs.
• Process sales, special orders, returns, and other transactions using POS and store systems.
