You will support service departments by locating parts, processing orders, maintaining showroom displays, and ensuring inventory accuracy, with an emphasis on friendly communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience connecting with customers and maintaining a professional image.
• Understanding of selling processes is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with some independence.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to service department, counter & phone customers.
• Advise on additional related or needed parts or accessories for sales.
• Process in-store orders timely and accurately; communicate pickup/delivery status.
• Locate and obtain merchandise for customers, in-stock or backorder.
• Maintain inventory integrity by verifying receipts and assisting with cycle counts.
• Assist with showroom displays and keep parts department clean and orderly.
• Routinely lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
