Job summary

Halter is seeking an Account Manager based in the Canterbury region to drive farmer success and regional revenue. You will be the primary contact for Halter customers, supporting onboarding, renewal cycles, and relationship building with farmers and farm teams across the South Island.

Frequent travel to farms is required as part of the role, with backing from a strong on-ground team in the South Island and Halter's Auckland HQ. Join a fast-growing company transforming farming.

Qualifications

• Background in relationship management, account management, or sales.
• Experience in dairy or agriculture sector is a bonus.
• Strong business acumen and growth mindset.
• Excited to work with a world-class South Island team and on-farm roles.

Responsibilities

• Own retention, renewals, and expansion targets for Halter's regional revenue.
• Renew customer agreements and expand revenue by adding value in interactions.
• Support onboarding, training, and deployment of Halter system on farms.
• Build and nurture farmer relationships; understand goals and metrics.
• Collaborate with product teams to relay farmer feedback and needs.
