Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience in Raleigh. You will apply your passion for music and pop culture to help fans find merch they love while providing outstanding service.

You’ll stock, merchandise, and maintain visual displays, support security and loss prevention, and collaborate with Store Leadership to ensure a smooth and engaging shopping environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must have prior retail experience in a store environment.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Collaborative and effective communication with team and management.
• Able to handle physical tasks such as stocking and lifting boxes up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain visual standards and cover assigned sales floor areas.
• Process sales transactions at the register and promote add-on services.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ partners.
• Work with store leadership to minimize theft and maintain store security.
