Hot Topic, Inc. in Raleigh is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate who is a music and pop culture fan to help create the best in-store experience. You’ll share fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and merchandise the store to be visually appealing while focusing on customer service.

You’ll engage customers, process transactions, and support store leadership with planogram changes and store operations. Must be at least 16 years old and ready to work as part of a team.

Formación

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with teammates.
• Capability to navigate the store and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds (if required).

Responsabilidades

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits.
• Cover assigned sales floor areas and maintain visual standards.
• Process transactions at the register and drive add-on sales with available options.
• Assist with planogram changes, store maps, fixtures and merchandising mix.
• Collaborate with management to communicate fashion and music trends.
