Job summary

BoxLunch & Hot Topic is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to help fans find the merch they love and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

You’ll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and keep the store looking visually appealing while providing excellent customer service. Qualifications

• Previous retail experience.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customers to return.
• Cover sales floor zones to maintain visual standards.
• Operate the register and drive add-on sales with benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management.
• Prevent theft and maintain store security.
• Keep stock room organized and store tidy.
• Collaborate with team to complete tasks efficiently.
• Any other activities as assigned by the Store Leader.
