Job summary

BoxLunch & Hot Topic is seeking a Sales Associate to help deliver an exceptional in-store experience for fans. You’ll share your fandom knowledge, help customers find merch, stock shelves, and merchandise the store in a visually appealing way while staying focused on the in-store experience.

You’ll need retail experience, strong customer service and selling skills, and the ability to work 18 years or older.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a store is preferred.
• Passion for philanthropy and pop culture ideal.
• Strong customer service and selling abilities required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return.
• Cover the sales floor and maintain visual standards.
• Process sales at the register and promote add-ons such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Share fashion trend information with management and HQ partners.
• Help prevent theft and keep the store secure.
• Keep stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Work as a team to get the job done.
