Responsibilities include processing transactions via Fanatics POS, supporting team goals, and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and game days is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, as well as lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics POS system
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Fanatics Brand and Team/League are always positively represented
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the management team
