Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is hiring a Retail Associate to impact the fan experience through leadership and execution excellence. You will use data, automation, and AI-enabled insights to support home-game shifts, pre-game, in-game, and post-game operations in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include greeting fans, making product recommendations, processing sales via POS, and maintaining store standards while representing the Fanatics brand positively.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, as well as lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience.
• Maintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail.
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Fanatics Brand and Team/League are always positively represented.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the management team.
