Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Associate to positively engage fans, process sales at the POS, and maintain high standards on the sales floor and stockroom. You will contribute to a top-notch fan experience while representing the Fanatics brand at events and home games.

The role requires a flexible schedule, strong communication, teamwork, and a professional appearance. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with eligibility to work 18+ and lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, as well as lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience.
• Maintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail.
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
• Maintain professionalism to ensure the Fanatics Brand and Team/League are positively represented.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the management team.
