Job summary

Buffalo Sabres is seeking a Ticket Sales & Service Coordinator to ensure smooth fan experiences, manage department campaigns, and support leadership with strategic initiatives across Membership Sales and Services, Premium Seating, and Group Sales.

You will coordinate logistics for fan experiences tied to ticket packages, assist with on-site game-day support, CRM data tracking, and cross-department collaboration to drive sales and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years in sales, events, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for fan experiences tied to ticket sales packages.
• Plan and execute targeted prospect and member events.
• Act as liaison between ticketing staff, arena operations, and game presentation.
• Provide on-site support on game days for groups and clients.
• Support sales staff with CRM lead generation, data tracking, and reporting.
• Establish project structure with defined timelines and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects with transparency and updates.
