Job summary

Legends MainGate, LLC seeks retail employees responsible for ensuring an outstanding fan experience at the NCAA Hall of Champions. Key duties include assisting customers, managing merchandise sales, and maintaining kiosk presentation.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be team-oriented and self-motivated. Retail experience is preferred but not required. The starting pay is $14/hour, with benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or related experience.
• Retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated and able to engage during slow periods.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to follow NCAA and Legends Global Merchandise policies.
• Strong multi-tasking and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with customer service and retail sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail kiosks.
• Perform transactions and manage inventory.
• Execute visual merchandising directives.
• Capture sales records via POS.
