Job summary

The Oklahoma City Thunder is seeking friendly individuals to join our Guest Experience team for home games at Paycom Center in downtown Oklahoma City. As a Guest Experience Representative, you will be the first impression for fans, ensuring a welcoming environment from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include assisting fans at information booths, answering questions about arena policies, directions, and mobile ticketing, and collaborating with staff to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work at Fan Information Booths to address fan needs and inquiries and provide solutions.
• Deliver customer service to fans and front-line staff with event information and policies.
• Engage with fans to assist with seating, directions, and arena amenities.
• Assist fans with mobile ticketing questions and Thunder Rewards information.
• Help set up and break down the Fan Information Booth and organize promotional materials.
• Collaborate with arena staff and vendors to resolve issues.
