Responsibilities include assisting fans at information booths, answering questions about arena policies, directions, and mobile ticketing, and collaborating with staff to resolve issues.

The Oklahoma City Thunder is seeking friendly and engaging individuals to help enhance the fan experience at our home games! As a Guest Experience Representative, you will ensure our fans are taken care of with the utmost care and attention from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will include building a welcoming environment as the first impression for all who visit the arena and ensuring all fans have a fun experience while cheering on our Thunder basketball team.
This is a part-time hourly position reporting to the Guest Experience Coordinator. The primary work location will be the Paycom Center located in downtown Oklahoma City. The work schedule will include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shifts typically begin 2.5 hours prior to tipoff and last up to 45 minutes post-game. Adaptable to shifting responsibilities and staffing assignments as needed.
Physical requirements of the job may include shifts up to six hours at a time, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and working in the presence of loud in-arena noise and flashing lights. Ability to stand for the entire shift.
