Job summary

The Oklahoma City Thunder is seeking a part-time Retail Marketing Associate to join our corporate retail team in Oklahoma City. This role supports events, gifting, and brand activations, delivering an elevated experience for internal teams, partners, and VIP clients.

You'll assist with financial summaries, retail operations, and on-site event setup, maintaining Thunder brand standards and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage events and retail operations.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Track and fulfill internal product requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Assist with retail event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations.
• Support photoshoots and brand campaigns by preparing products and sets.
• Compile monthly financial reports to support business tracking and analysis.
• Maintain retail displays to meet Thunder brand standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to coordinate retail needs.
• Assist in developing collection briefs to guide product storytelling and activations.
• Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across retail touchpoints and limited editions.
• Support gameday activations, including setup, execution, and on-site operations.
• Uphold Thunder brand values with professional, service-first interactions.
