Job summary

Valco Companies, a leader in poultry and swine production equipment, is seeking Full-Time Assembly Fans at our Coldwater, Ohio facility. You will perform fabrication and assembly for fan models, follow safety and quality standards, and complete required paperwork in a fast-paced line environment.

Starting wages up to $27.18 per hour, with experience-based progression and benefits eligibility after 90 days, plus a quarterly incentive bonus and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability,

Qualifications

Ability to read and perform basic math accurately.
Ability to count parts and follow procedures.
Good manual dexterity for assembly work.
Quality and safety consciousness throughout tasks.
Valid forklift license required.

Responsibilities

Perform fabrication and assembly operations for designated fan models.
Follow company methods, safety, quality and quantity standards.
Complete required paperwork accurately.
Ensure parts meet quality standards and counts are correct.
Set up assigned jobs and move parts as needed.
Maintain neat, orderly work area.
