Job summary

VAL-CO in Coldwater, Ohio is seeking a Full-Time Press Operator to join our production team. You will operate production machines, read basic blueprints, adjust settings, and ensure productivity and quality while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

No prior experience is required; training is provided on site. The role offers competitive wages with a top out of $25.83 per hour, quarterly bonus, PTO after 90 days, and opportunities to advance to skilled positions such as setup, laser, welder,

• Ability to follow procedures and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks according to specifications in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the machine is maintained for the highest level of productivity and quality.
• Perform in-process inspections on components being produced.
• Complete required logs and shop tracking cards.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety of designated production area.
• Be able to make piece rate.

*STARTING WAGE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE; TOP OUT WAGE OF $25.83

* QUARTERLY BONUS
