Job summary

Marieb Early Learning Center is seeking a Workforce Development Coach to support families in increasing employability skills, advancing education, and obtaining employment. The role includes vocational case management, referrals, training, and a Parent Training Program, working with staff, families, and community partners.

The position reports to the Director of Family Services, requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and at least two years of experience in family services or education.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate Degree in Human Resources, Social Work, or related field with coursework in social services.
• Two years of experience in the family social services or education setting, including knowledge of community resources.
• Specialized training/expertise in employment and/or education advancement.

Responsibilities

• Support families to increase employability skills, education, and employment.
• Provide vocational case management, referrals, training, and support services.
• Develop and implement a Parent Training Program (PTP).
• Communicate with staff and families and track program progress.
